This is a newly furnished and modernized apartment on the 2nd floor with three bedrooms and a common room, combined with a very well-equipped kitchen. There is one refrigerator per bedroom and one wardrobe per guest.

**Transport connections:**
You can reach the A24 motorway exits “6 Schwarzenbek/Grande” (westbound) and “7 Talkau” (eastbound) in 10 minutes, and the A25 motorway from Geesthacht in 20 minutes. Schwarzenbek train station is only a 500 m walk away and offers fast connections to Hamburg (the RE1 takes 11 minutes to Hamburg-Bergedorf and another 10 minutes to Hamburg Central Station). Please note that extensive construction work is currently taking place on the Hamburg/Berlin rail line. At the moment, rail replacement bus services are in operation. Various bus lines are also within a 500 m walk, including services to Hamburg-Bergedorf, Mölln, Geesthacht, Trittau and Lauenburg.

**Parking:**
Behind the building there are two free car parking spaces with lockable parking barriers; you will receive the keys. The two spaces are therefore available to you 24/7.

**Location and surroundings:**
The apartment is located right in the heart of Schwarzenbek. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach, among other things:

* two kebab shops
* two croque shops
* several restaurants (a wide range including Greek, Italian, Asian and German cuisine)
* a small shopping arcade
* several bakeries
* supermarkets open until 9:00 pm

By car, within 5 minutes you can also reach, among other things:

* a supermarket open until 10:00 pm
* a gas station with a 24/7 night service window
* many additional shops and restaurants

**Key handover:**
At the moment, key handover is done in person by appointment—also possible at night if needed. In the near future, we will offer a contactless key handover option.

**Smoking policy:**
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment or in the stairwell—this also applies at or near an open window.
