The apartment is an annex within a private residence and has a separate entrance to ensure maximum privacy. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults.

- Bedroom: Cozy double bed (180x200 cm) for a restful sleep. Upon request, the double bed can be replaced with two single beds (90x200 cm).
- Living Room: Comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV with access to various streaming services, and a dining area for four people.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Tassimo coffee machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
- Bathroom: Modern bathroom with a shower. Towels, shower gel, and soap are provided.
