Unfortunately, we cannot carry out rentals for less than 14 days.
for short-term cancellations (5 days) we charge a one-time cancellation fee of 300 €.
Since we have now received verbal confirmations and made reservations several times and then there is no further reaction at short notice, a rental is only possible if the rental sum including cleaning fee + deposit is transferred 14 days before arrival. If there is no arrival, the deposit paid will be deposited as a cancellation fee!
Unfortunately, we now have to proceed in this way and it is unfortunately unavoidable for us to avoid a vacancy.
Greifswald has few rental options, but it is also not feasible for us to find a replacement immediately and involves enormous effort. We therefore ask for your understanding. For everyone who has already enjoyed time in the apartment, the deposit was a matter of course and out of the question.
