Directions
Directions from Berliner Ring: Take the Berlin-Hellersdorf exit, head towards Berlin on the B1/5, turn left at the first traffic light towards the industrial park, take the exit towards Woltersdorf at the roundabout, drive past the industrial park until you reach the entrance to Rüdersdorf, turn right at the first intersection after entering Rüdersdorf, then immediately turn left into the courtyard of the property.

Our well-maintained residential units offer plenty of space, privacy and comfort in a quiet, green location, while also being conveniently connected to transport links. Two detached houses and two modern flats are available on a plot of approximately 4,000 m². The accommodation is ideal for assembly work, construction projects and longer stays.
Each unit is rented as a complete accommodation – no room booking, no third-party occupancy.
