* Price for the entire accommodation = €117,50 (net)/night (for contractual rentals of at least 2 months, the price is €23.50 per person/night)
For stays of 7 days or more, we clean the common areas (bathroom, kitchen, hallway) once a week.
We charge you €25.00 (net) per week for this
When you move out, a final cleaning fee of €90.00 (net) will be charged.

The reservation can be canceled free of charge 7 days before arrival, 50% of the reserved accommodation costs will be charged as cancellation fees 5 days before arrival, 70% 3 days before and 90% 1 day before.
