Two fully equipped apartments inside the listed Medienstadt Babelsberg railway station in Potsdam – ideal for fitters, tradespeople and project teams. Bookable separately or together (up to 12 people in total).

Boutique Apartment (85 m², 2nd floor): bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and desk, sofa bed in the living room – up to 5 people. Bathroom with bathtub.

Premium Apartment (95 m², raised ground floor, private terrace with garden): bedroom 1 with king-size bed and sofa bed (1 person), bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, sofa bed for 2 in the living room – up to 7 people, everyone has their own bed. Shower room plus separate guest WC.

Both apartments: kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, TV with streaming. Bed linen and towels included.

Location: regional train right outside – Berlin city centre in 20 minutes without changing, Potsdam centre in 10 minutes by bus. Late-night shop, restaurants and snack bar in the station, supermarket within walking distance.

Parking: private space for vans at the building on request (EUR 12.50 per night), free public parking in the surrounding streets.

Prices per night for the whole apartment: Boutique up to 4 people EUR 140, 5 people EUR 175. Premium up to 4 people EUR 152, 5 people EUR 190, 6 people EUR 228, 7 people EUR 266. Winter rates 1 November to 28 February (except 23 Dec – 2 Jan and Friday/Saturday nights in Advent), other periods on request.

Terms: minimum 2 nights, self check-in from 3 pm (late arrival possible), check-out by 10 am, invoice with VAT to your company, payment by bank transfer before arrival, stays up to 90 nights.
