We rent out two charming, fully furnished rooms in a well-maintained apartment:
Room 1: A cozy guest room with a high-quality box spring bed in a bed alcove, a workspace with a desk, and a wardrobe.
Room 2 / Living Area: A spacious room with a queen-size double bed and a comfortable pull-out sofa bed (with a proper, internal mattress).
This room also includes a Smart TV, a cozy dining area, a beanbag for relaxation, and access to the balcony.Perfect for Home Office & After-Work:The apartment is perfectly prepared for work-related stays.

There is a dedicated, quiet workspace with an additional monitor. Fast, stable Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation. A yoga mat is also provided for physical exercise and relaxation after a long day at work.

Kitchen, Bathroom & Location:
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a raised dining table and a neat bathroom. Here you will find everything you need for self-catering. The location right at Straußberger Platz is unbeatable: central yet quiet. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. Alexanderplatz is just a stone's throw away. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections (subway, S-Bahn, bus), all major construction sites and company locations in Berlin can be reached quickly.

Important Rental Conditions & House Rules:
Minimum Stay: 3 months.
Smoking: Strictly forbidden inside the entire apartment. Smoking on the balcony is permitted in moderation, please be considerate of the neighbors.
Quiet Hours: This is a quiet residential building. No parties; quiet hours must be strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Internet: Illegal downloads or streaming are strictly prohibited.
Check-in: Flexible via an electronic door lock/app and a key box.
