Apartment details: It is a fully furnished apartment in a renovated apartment building in Zwickau-Marienthal for max. 4 people. It has a large bedroom / living room with 4 separate beds, cupboards and a balcony. The loft bed is used when occupying 4 people. There is a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, a washing machine, a hallway and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and much more. The rental price includes electricity, water, heating, safe, WiFi, cable TV, kitchen radio, towels, bed linen and cleaning. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. There are private parking spaces nearby. Arrival from 3 p.m. / Departure by 10 a.m. Note: This is a living example for our apartments and should show our standard.
