Accommodation for workers on Talstraße in Gera – an entire building with 8 fully equipped apartments, central yet quiet. Each apartment has two bedrooms with single beds, its own kitchen and a modern shower bathroom – room for up to 4 people per apartment, several apartments also have a balcony. As we own the whole building, we can accommodate large teams of 20 or more people under one roof – with no strangers in the house.

Each apartment includes:
– 2 bedrooms with single beds, bed linen included, towels on request
– fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dishes
– modern bathroom with shower and WC
– free Wi-Fi
– washing machine, cleaning supplies
– balcony or terrace (depending on the apartment)

Location: shops, cafés and public transport nearby; Gera city centre, the main station and the A4 motorway are a few minutes away. Free parking on the street – also for several vehicles.

Check-in: self check-in via key safe – code shortly before arrival, arrival possible at any time.

We have been renting to workers, craftsmen and business travellers for years and issue invoices with VAT. Companies are exempt from the local accommodation tax (private guests: €1 per night). For longer stays, monthly bookings and several apartments we are happy to make an individual offer.
