Our two apartments are perfect for technicians and business travelers looking for clean, well-equipped, and centrally located accommodation. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and public transportation are just a few minutes' walk away. Leuna/Chemiepark is about 10 minutes away, Halle 20 minutes, and Leipzig 35 minutes. Public parking is available directly at the building.
Maximi Loft – up to 6 people
Ideal for teams: double bed, bunk bed, and sofa bed. Large living and dining area, smart TV, fast WiFi access, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, pans, and basic ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, tea, sugar). Modern bathroom with shower and bathtub. Lots of space, functionally furnished.
Maximi Studio – up to 4 people
For smaller teams or solo travelers: double bed and sofa bed, large smart TV, fast WiFi access, and a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The newly renovated bathroom offers a comfortable shower and towel warmer. A desk allows you to work in peace and quiet.
