The apartment covers a generous 55 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people – perfect for small groups, technicians, business travelers, and workers.

You enter a spacious hallway – ideal for storing your belongings and getting your stay off to a relaxed start.

The apartment has two rooms:

In the bright and cozy living room, you will find a pull-out sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) and a 50-inch TV with Netflix and Amazon for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – including a coffee machine so you can start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee.

Bedroom: Large, separable bed 200 × 200 cm (can be used as two single beds), ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. There is also a small desk for working or planning.


The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washer-dryer. Fresh towels and all the essentials such as a hair dryer, shower gel, and shampoo are provided.
