Definitely the most known folk festival in the worls is Oktoberfest in Munich. Every year, thousands of people are gathering together in the states capital to celebrate the famous Oktoberfest. The first Oktoberfest ever, took place in 1810 when crown prince Ludwig von Bayern and princess Therese got married. Since then, it has been a tradition to celebrate it.
