1st option: Autobahn A8 Munich/Salzburg, turn right at the Achenmühle exit. After approx. 400m (after the motorway underpass) turn right to Eichwiese. The house is on the left-hand side after approx. 500m (paved dirt road). 2nd option: A8 Salzburg/Munich motorway, turn right at Achenmühle exit. After approx. 50m (before the motorway underpass) turn left towards Eichwiese. The house is on the left-hand side after approx. 500m (paved dirt road).

On the ground floor: living room with TV and sofa bed, dining area with kitchen and terrace access, bathroom and separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, divided into 1x single room and 2x double room (single beds) with access to a balcony with mountain views.
Bed linen, bedding and towels/shower towels are provided.
Barbecue area and grilling possible. Washing machine and WiFi included free of charge.
Since the house is located directly on the Motorway, you have a very good connection to the A8 (Munich/Salzburg).
The Prices are per Person/Night including final cleaning, all additional costs, bed linen and towels.
